Slinfold mairfield is located in West Sussex, on the south west corner of the Gatwick CTR, approximately 3 nautical miles south west of Horsham


Runway 22 is the preferential runway when there is a tailwind component of 5 knots or less and the runway is dry

Circuits are variable at a height of 1000 feet QFE

The runway surface can get soft during the winter months

The airfield is located on the south western corner of the Gatwick CTR, pilots must exercise caution and remain outside of controlled airspace and below altitude 1500 feet (Gatwick QNH)

A bridle path is located on the southern edge of the airfield

Pilots should avoid overflying the stables as well not overflying Christ’s Hospital School

Pilots must avoid overflying all local villages

Pilots should exercise caution when landing over the buildings on final to runway 22
