Runway 09
The airfield may only be approached from the north west for a straight in landing with an offset to the left on short finals
Runway 27
The field may be approached from the north west or the south
If from the north west, follow the A31 until two fields south of the airfeidl and then turn left hand until you overfly the powerlines. Then turn left again, keeping the wires to your left and make an offset short final
If joining from the south, follow the power cables where they cross the A31, keeping them on your left and making a straight in approach with an offset short final
Departures
All departures should be to the north west of the airfield

A stream bounded by trees south of the runway may cause turbulent conditions to develop, especially when there is a wind from the south west, south or south east
