Microlights operate at a height of 500 feet QFE
Noise Abatement Procedures
Runway 01
After departure turn left by 20 degrees, maintain this heading until passing altitude 1200 feet QNH
Runway 19
After departure climb straight ahead until overhead the farmhouse before turning onto track 215 degrees
Notes
Pilots should not descend east of the road located 200 metres to the east of the airfield
Pilots should remain clear of the gliding site located to the east at Tibenham airfield
Pilots should also avoid the Old Buckenham ATZ
Trees, a farmhouse and a hangar are located on final to runway 01
A ditch is located on the airfield boundary by runway 19 and extends along the whole of the west side of the runway
During periods of low winds or cross winds, local traffic may use runway 01 for departures and 19 for landings
