Notes
Flights can be made in the LFA without calling up Stansted radar as long as the following conditions are met:
Remain clear of cloud, in sight of the surface and with a flight visibility of 3 km or more
Aerobatic training occurs in the area
Pilots should avoid overflying any habitation within 1 nautical miles of the airfield and within the areas identified above
Some surfaces on the airfield are rough with the presence of loose stones
Vehicles, people, machinery, model aircraft and animals may be encountered
Aircraft may be operating from the two seperately owned northern private airstrips, use of which by visiting pilots is currently suspended due to risk of neighbour interference
Tall trees are located on the approaches to runway 10 and 28
A farm, public road and 30 foot trees are located on approach to runway 28
